These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the website of Milena Vydrenkova.

Artwork

All paintings are original artworks created by me. As each piece is handmade, small variations in colour, texture and finish may occur.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen.

Prices and payment

All prices shown on the website are in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be received in full before artwork is dispatched.

I reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors on the website.

Delivery

Artwork will be carefully packaged and sent to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Delivery times and costs will be shown at the time of purchase where applicable.

Once an artwork has been handed to the delivery service, delivery times are outside my control. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and artwork.

Returns and cancellations

If you purchase artwork online as a consumer in the UK, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, subject to applicable consumer law.

If you wish to return an artwork, please contact me at [your email address] before sending it back.

The artwork should be returned in its original condition and packaged securely.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Commissioned artwork

Commissioned paintings are created specifically for you and will be based on the requirements agreed before work begins.

Because commissioned artwork is personalised, cancellation and return rights may differ from those applying to standard artwork, as permitted by applicable consumer law.

I will confirm the price, size, approximate completion time and requirements with you before beginning the commission.

Copyright

All artwork, photographs and images on this website are the copyright of Milena Vydrenkova, unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing an original painting does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Artwork may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without my written permission.
